Brembo Sport Drilled Brake Rotors

Brembo Sport drilled brake rotors are for drivers who want to improve the looks and performance of their vehicle’s original braking system without having to change additional brake components.

Brembo Sport drilled brake rotors provide excellent stopping power in everyday traffic, as well as more spirited, high performance street and highway driving.

Brembo Sport Slotted Brake Rotors

Starting with select castings, Brembo Sport slotted brake rotors undergo the race-born practice of machining multiple shallow slots into the disc’s front and rear surfaces to provide paths to disperse built-up heat and gasses, and assist in refreshing the surface of the brake pads.

Compared to cross-drilled rotors, machined slots have been widely adopted for racing and street use because they minimize the cracking caused by repeated, high stress, high temperature brake applications. The slots are angled to use the rotors’ direction of rotation to enhance their performance, which makes the rotors side-specific with left and right side rotors.

Brembo has developed a high performance, Italian-manufactured pad to enhance the performance of stock brake systems.

Brembo created the Sport pads using FM1000-designated brake pad friction material. The Brembo compound responds very favorably to aggressive use.

The material actually improves after it has been through an initial high temperature heat cycle.

Brembo Turismo Brake System

The Turismo System achieves maximized braking power while utilizing the vehicle's Original Equipment calipers. Thermal capacity and brake torque are increased to shorten stopping distances and reduce brake fade.

The Turismo system is a great solution for vehicles with larger aftermarket wheels and tires, performance upgrades or heavy-duty towing needs.

In cooperation with each vehicle manufacturer, Brembo has developed exclusive proprietary software used to design every brake system.

Brembo brake systems are fully compatible with ABS and traction control systems. All of the necessary hardware is included to ensure seamless installation.
